1. IMPRESSION

STEP ZERO

Positioning or uncovering the implant.

STEP ONE

STEP TWO

STEP THREE

Use an individual closed tray and make an impression. Without long transfer, without splinting, with less time and without discomfort to the patient. Excellent survey of the mucosa area.

2. STEP INTERMEDIATE

Unscrew and remove manually SOL ® assemblies.
Screw on the analog of the original implant manufacturer.
Place the implant into the impression, where they meet, in a complementary way, the SOL ® and the coping.

3.OCCLUSION
2 step

STEP ONE

Choosing between SOL ® devices in the catalog, place the most suitable among the TR series (transfers).
N.B. If you do not use the new assemblies in titanium but you decide to use the same one of the impression taking, the PMMA modules must be composed outside the oral cavity and subsequently applied without maneuvering thrusters to avoid unwanted rotations of the device. In this case, also make sure that the patient does not close hardly the mouth. The metal components are reusable and this is why it is recommended to always use dedicated devices for each specific (transfert).

STEP TWO

  • Apply, as needed, the OC module for the occlusion up to obtain a space of 1.5 - 2.0 mm from the contact with the opposing arch.
  • Spread the adhesive on the top of the OC modules.
  • Adjust the gap with occlusion silicone.
  • Remove the modules with delicate maneuvers and send it to the laboratory.
